I NEED TO HEAR FROM ALL OF YOU A.S.A.P. VIA EMAIL (yes or no on going to NYC) IF you are planning on attending the College Media Advisors Media Pro Workshops March 12-15 and the Spring National Convention March 16-18 in New York a registration fee of $85 per person is due by NOON TOMORROW, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH. In addition we will need to book airline flights and lodging no later than next Wednesday, February 13th. Estimated round trip airline fare from Wichita to NYC is $250 dollars. Airfare money will be due by 10am Wednesday, February 13th. So,in order for you to go on the NYC trip you need to bring a check or money order or have at least $335 in commission of GC3 Media sales by next Wednesday( $85 tomorrow). Students who attain commission sales to cover trip expenses prior to departure will be reimbursed any personal deposit payments. Please look at the schedule of workshops(March 12-15 at an extra $59 charge) and convention seminars (March 16-18) and let me know which are of most interest to you by logging on www.collegemedia.org as well as any sight seeing. This will help determine how many days, and total expense (Hotel $265/night) of the trip. I would like this list at your Friday news assignment meeting 2:00pm tomorrow.
